Brewing Additives

BrewBiox®

BrewBiox is a specialized antioxidant for beer, featuring Potassium metabisulfite as its active ingredient. This ingredient effectively removes oxygen from beer, preventing unwanted changes during storage. By eliminating dissolved oxygen, BrewBiox guards against off-flavours, unpleasant aromas, cloudiness, and color changes.

BrewFerm

BrewFerm is an amylolytic preparation that breaks down amylopectin and amylose into maltose units. It enhances wort fermentability by hydrolyzing alpha-limit-dextrines, increasing the apparent attenuation limit. This specialized enzyme blend is designed to improve attenuation in high gravity worts and assist in "stuck fermentation".

BrewFine®

BrewFine is a purified fining agent derived from fish swim bladders, supplied as an easy-to-dissolve powder. It accelerates beer clarification by speeding up the sedimentation of yeast and insoluble material into a compact layer at the tank bottom. At beer pH, BrewFine's positive charge neutralizes the negative charge of yeast cells, promoting rapid flocculation and settling.

BrewFloc®

BrewFloc is a blend of naturally occurring, brewery-approved seaweed materials that ensure consistent performance. Every batch is quality-controlled for wort trub formation, guaranteeing reliable results. This food-grade product, approved by MAFF, features carrageenan as its active ingredient.

BrewFoam®

BrewFoam is a food-grade Propylene Glycol Alginate specifically designed to stabilize beer foam. It enhances beer's head retention, creating a longer-lived, creamier, and more stable foam

BrewNutr

BrewNutr is a specially designed nutrient blend that boosts fermentation rates, particularly with high gravity worts and advanced mash filters. This well-balanced mixture combines food-grade, 100% natural ingredients, including vegetal fatty acids, sterols, tocopherols, amino acids, and mineral salts like zinc chloride. These components work together to optimize fermentation performance.

BrewPap

BrewPap is a natural protease from papaya latex that prevents polyphenol-protein interactions, resulting in a bright and clear beer. It's added at a dose of 5-6kg/hL and operates within a pH range of 5-6. BrewPap digests excess protein, reduces viscosity and haze, and releases nitrogen as nutrients for yeast, making it an effective chill-proofing agent for beer.
