Super Alcoboost G

Super Alcoboost G is a powerful solid biocide that protects yeast, sugar, and alcohol by removing bacteria from wort/wash, improving alcohol quality and reducing acid formation. It's added at a dose of 5-10 PPM in the wort prior to pitching the yeast culture and after filling the fermenter. Super Alcoboost G reduces yeast stress, increases alcohol yields, and prevents bacterial contamination, resulting in higher-quality alcohol production.

Super Amylase DX

Super Amylase DX is a thermostable α-amylase that rapidly hydrolyzes starch, reducing mash viscosity. It's designed for starch-based ethanol production, offering viscosity reduction, easy liquefaction, and complete starch conversion. With an activity of ≥1,50,000 U/g, it's an ideal solution for ethanol producers seeking high starch conversion rates and smooth operation.

Super Glucoamylase

Super Glucoamylase is an exo-glucoamylase derived from Aspergillus niger that efficiently hydrolyzes α-1,4-glucosidic bonds to produce glucose quickly, making it ideal for starch-based feedstock ethanol production. It has a high enzyme activity and sugar conversion rate, and can be used in a wide pH and temperature range. Super Glucoamylase offers several advantages, including quick glucose release, optimized fermentation time, and stable production performance.
