It can be added post-fermentation to adjust bitterness to target levels, improving hop utilization and serving as a cost-effective alternative to kettle hopping, especially in high-gravity brewing. It enhances foam stability, acts as a natural antimicrobial agent, and ensures efficient bitterness with economic benefits.

Kettle Redi®

Kettle Redi® is a CO2 extract with rho-iso-α-acids, soft resins, and hop oils. It can fully replace normal kettle extract, offering higher bitterness efficiency. It's a light-protected alternative to CO2 extract, providing improved utilization and protection against light-struck flavours when used alone or with other light-protected hop products.

PHA®

PHA® Classic products are hop extracts in an aqueous propylene glycol carrier, created through a special separation process. They're emulsions of hop extracts for adding aroma and flavour to beer. Ingredients include water and hop extracts. These water-based Classics are fully soluble in beer and offer consistent hop aroma regardless of crop variations. They complement traditional methods of adding hop aroma and enhance beer flavours with citrusy, floral, and spicy notes, masking off-flavours while boosting pleasant ones.

Redihop™

Redihop™ is a water-based alkaline solution containing potassium salts derived from rho-iso-α-acids, sourced from CO2 hop extract. It serves as a safeguard against light-induced off-flavours when utilized as the primary hop-derived bittering agent or alongside other hop products with reduced content. Additionally, when incorporated into wort or beer, Redihop™ acts as an antimicrobial agent. Renowned for its pleasingly smooth bitterness, Redihop™ is favored by many.

Spectrum

Spectrum emerges purely from hops, boasting a 100% natural composition derived entirely from hop pellets through meticulous extraction methods. Its formulation remains untainted by additives, solvents, or carriers. This innovative product seamlessly integrates into beer, offering a distinctive alternative to traditional dry hopping techniques. Free from iso alpha acids, Spectrum harnesses the power of unisomerised alpha acids akin to pellets. However, when utilized in substantial quantities or during late dosing, it can subtly elevate bitterness, especially noticeable in hazy brews.

Tetrahop Gold

Tetrahop Gold, an aqueous alkaline solution of potassium salts derived from CO2 hops extract, improves beer foam and offers light-struck flavour protection and antimicrobial properties when used postfermentation to replace some bittering agents.

CO2 HOP EXTRACT

CO2 Extract emerges from the alchemical marriage of hop pellets and food-grade carbon dioxide, transforming them into a dense liquid brimming with alpha acids, beta acids, and essential oils. With its potent alpha acid content, this extract can seamlessly substitute leaf hops or pellets during brewing. Its flavour profile remains virtually untouched, while the CO2 extraction method ensures the expulsion of numerous impurities, leaving behind a pristine essence of hops.

CO2 Hop Extract Oil Enriched

CO2 Hop Extract (Enriched with Oil) is a semi-fluid paste that becomes more fluid upon heating, displaying hues ranging from yellow to dark green, contingent on extraction conditions and hop variety. This extract empowers brewers with a concentrated hop solution, enhancing efficiency and adaptability in the brewery. Its utilization spans across various beer types, serving to infuse bitterness during brewing processes.

CO2 Hop Extract Oil Reduced

CO2 Hop Extract (OIL REDUCED) manifests as a semi-fluid paste under normal ambient conditions, transitioning to a more fluid consistency upon heating. Its hue spans from yellow to deep green, contingent upon extraction parameters and hop species. This extract furnishes brewers with a concentrated hop essence, enhancing operational efficacy and adaptability within the brewery. Employed primarily for imparting bitterness, it serves as a versatile ingredient across a spectrum of beer styles.

Isomerized Kettle Extract (Ike)

Isomerized Kettle Extract (IKE) predominantly consists of isomerized alpha acids, beta acids, and hop oils. IKE is derived from a generic or variety-specific CO2 extract and is suitable for late hop additions toward the conclusion of wort boiling. It imparts bitterness with a greater utilization compared to CO2 Hop Extract. Moreover, it effectively retains the flavours and aromas of hop oils while achieving the desired level of bitterness.
