Enzymes

Laminex Maxflow 4G

LAMINEX® MaxFlow 4G is a sustainable brewing enzyme, designed for optimum mash separation and beer filtration. It utilizes specific xylanases and β-glucanases to enhance mash separation and filtration, minimizing the risk of filter bed collapse. This results in reduced wort viscosity, improved processing efficiency, and less frequent cleaning operations, leading to a more consistent production flow, cost savings, and a lower carbon footprint. LAMINEX enzymes are particularly effective for processing wheat, barley, and rye substrates.

Power BG

Power BG is a food-grade enzyme mixture that hydrolyzes non-starch polysaccharides, such as cellulose, hemicellulose, and beta glucan, found in plant-derived substrates. It's used in malt extraction and beer brewing to break down these carbohydrates, reducing viscosity and improving filtration rates. The recommended dose is 0.4-0.6 kg per metric ton of solids. Power BG improves process efficiency and avoids haze in beer.

Spezyme Alpha

SPEZYME Alpha Amylase Enzymes introduce an innovative enzymatic approach designed specifically for carbohydrate processing in the food and beverage industry. Engineered to enhance the liquefaction process, it efficiently breaks down complex carbohydrates into simpler forms, thus improving production efficiency. With its advanced properties, SPEZYME expedites the conversion of starches into syrups, leading to increased efficiency and yield across various manufacturing processes. Whether applied in beverage, confectionery, or other food sectors, this solution provides a reliable and sustainable method to achieve desired product characteristics. With specialized formulation optimized for carbohydrate processing, enhanced liquefaction efficiency, and broad applicability, SPEZYME emerges as the preferred choice for companies seeking to optimize carbohydrate processing operations, ensuring consistent quality and performance in every application.

Super Amylase DX

Super Amylase DX is a thermostable α-amylase that rapidly hydrolyzes starch, reducing mash viscosity. It's designed for starch-based ethanol production, offering viscosity reduction, easy liquefaction, and complete starch conversion. With an activity of ≥1,50,000 U/g, it's an ideal solution for ethanol producers seeking high starch conversion rates and smooth operation.

Super BG

Super BG is a food-grade enzyme mixture that hydrolyzes cellulose, hemicellulose, beta glucan, and arabinoxylans in plant-derived substrates. It's used in malt extraction and beer brewing to break down these carbohydrates, reducing viscosity and improving filtration rates. Super BG is effective in hydrolyzing non-starch polysaccharides, improving process efficiency, and avoiding haze in beer.
